www.carousel-skate.com … When the Dr. told my wife “I’ll do everything I can to save him”, I already had a burst appendix for 15 + hours! It was a struggle, taking a long time to recover. The Dr. told me that because I skated every week, my body was strong and helped a lot.. Then moving from So. Cal. to the Midwest, I dedicate this to the Carousel Skate Rink in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where I made all new friends and can still keep my health up. They make me feel right at home, so I decided to make some videos that some of you may already have seen. (I fly and skate in the rink at the same time in a couple of them) So still skating at 62, I really look forward to showing up on Wednesday nights for the fun, music, and exercise..
